Sita's experience abroad has shaped her into a qualitative researcher with a global focus. Before applying this international awareness to the co-creation of the Eye to Eye team, she lent her unique consulting perspective to multinational research agencies. A passionate bassist, Sita has 6 released albums under her 19 years old band BaseJam –her greatest achievement however is being a devoted mother to her three children.
Sita graduated from the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia, and has an MA in Applied Psychology from Middlesex University, in London.
