Quality never goes out of style.
When it comes to quality control, here at Eye to Eye it’s something we’re quite sensitive about.
A lot of our work hangs on to the quality of our respondents and insights that are derived from our conversation with them, so this is why we have what we call Respondents’ Quality Control - a layered quality control process to find the best respondents for a project.
To ensure this, Eye to Eye has formed a QC team made up of mostly psychology major college graduates who are fresh, idealistic, and of course trained to sort respondents before field work occurs. The team is integrated in field work process through these steps :
- Recruitment team signs up respondent candidates
- Field supervisor filters the candidates
- Candidates then are filtered again by the QC team
- Successful candidates are invited for field work
